Heather had a calling on her as a voice for life, even when she was in the womb. Her own life was in jeopardy when her mother was instructed by her doctors to have an abortion. In her teens, Heather faced her own unplanned pregnancy and chose life. Raising a baby as a single mom, Heather finally surrendered all her life to Jesus. He's been transforming her life ever since.

Heather has served in many capacities in pregnancy centers and the Pro-Life, Pro-Love industry in the last two decades.  She served for many years as a pregnancy center Development Director, started an Embrace Grace group at her church and found that the need to provide long-term help to women AND men in crisis was real. Her desire to be there for them and then “prove it” became a fire in her heart.  In 2017, the Lord gave Heather the vision for Reliance Ministries and the Hope Model. Since 2018, Heather has been the CEO of Reliance Ministries, the Executive Director of the Reliance Center, continues to speak in the pro-life industry and provides coaching for pregnancy center directors.
